Welcome to my new video blog series - 'The Weekly Radish.' The purpose of this short weekly video (no more than 5 minutes) is to encourage you to reflect on how you have coped during the week and invest in some valuable 'self-care.' Or as i like to call it: some quality nurturing of your inner radish.
