How much does worry affect your day to day life? Here's three tips to help you tackle your worry habit

Are you a worrier? Do you feel like you spend a lot of your time worrying and getting anxious over what could happen in the future? Especially when there is such a lot of uncertainty about.

First things first, go easy on yourself. Some of us have a propensity to worry. But, that doesn't mean we can't tackle the habit and challenge it when we find ourselves slipping into the worry habit.
