Improve your productivity | Batch your tasks into these three categories

In this week’s video, I shared simple question to help you reflect on what you are actually doing at any given time.  Let’s face it, often we fall into doing ‘stuff’ that just doesn’t count.  I will explain how to use this question to best effect.


The more under pressure I feel to work on the things I need to but maybe don’t want to, the more I find myself inclined to drift off into doing things that just don’t help or make a difference. I find the question in this video helps get honest about this tendency and shift my focus when I have drifted.  try it and let me know what you think.
