Improving your sleep starts with taking a look at your sleep environment - the bedroom.  Following on from last week’s weekly radish video in which I highlighted the three areas to focus on to improve sleep quality, this week’s video  shares three simple tips that can dramatically improve your sleep environment.

You may already know this stuff let’s be honest.  But, reflect on the tips in this video and be honest - have you slipped back into some bad habits.  Use this as a kick up the ‘sleep-side’ to get back into those good sleep habits.
