Getting Mindful | 3 tips to help you get started with daily mindful practice

In this week’s video, I build on from last week’s weekly radish on the benefits of mindful practice.  I wanted to offer some hints and resources to help you get started.  Often that can be the hardest thing and, as I always, I advise breaking the challenge down into sprouts sized steps.  These three tips can provide a great starting point for you.
