A quick tip on getting more physical activity into your day. It can be tough to fit in the recommended number of minutes exercise into each day, so try this tip:

Activity snacking? I'm not talking here about eating whilst you're active, eating that bar of chocolate while you're on the run or whatever. What I'm talking about is the importance of moving more and building it into your day and finding opportunities to put snack size chunks of activity into your day, sprout size chunks. The advice is 30 minutes of rigorous exercise and activity five times a week or more if we can do it. If you don't necessarily on days have 30 minutes then break it into five minutes here, 10 minutes there, and chop that 30 minutes down. So take the stairs rather than the lift.
