Another quick video to help you manage stress more effectively and to cope more positively with pressure.  Today I remind you of the importance of using your body as a tool to reduce stress.  It really is your most effective stress management tool.

At times of great stress. When stress really mounts it manifests ourself physically. We start to tense up, tighten up, we can feel tension headaches and what have you and it can start to physically overwhelm us, never mind psychologically and at those times it's sometimes just useful just to stand to move, just stretch, to tense up and then relax and just let that relaxation take over to just allow ourselves to physically unwind.
