So be someone who. Yesterday I spoke about why stress is important to me. 'Cause it gets in the way. It gets in the way, and it can derail us.
So, today I want you to think about how you can be someone who doesn't let it derail you. Who, yes, it might set you back for a moment, it might catch you off guard, but you are somebody who will come back to stepping away, the rescue breath, the breathe in for two, hold for two, breathe out for four, and you will focus on what you can do rather than what you can't do.
You will take action, even amidst the demands that other people or circumstances are placing on you. You will still take some action towards that goal. You will not be derailed by stress.
