De-Clutter to Give you Headspace

In todays daily sprout I highlight the importance of not allowing clutter to build up in your life. It really can start to impact upon how settled you are in your mind, particularly if you like tidiness around you.

Declutter to give yourself some head space. This is not for everybody. Some of you will be perfectly comfortable operating in chaos, in disorganisation. It may look chaotic, but you know where everything is, everything has its place. I'm talking to those people who struggle with that, because let's be right, when we're busy, things do start to get out of place, things do start to pile up and things start to get cluttered. If you're like me and that starts to invade your mind and starts to lower your mood, dampen you, suck your energy, recognise that. Value it, because it's important to you, and take 10 minutes or even 20 minutes, half an hour, just stop and reorganise and declutter. And in the process, recharge your battery and feel more composed.
