Three Tips to help you get started with daily mindful practice
In this week’s video, I build on from last week’s weekly radish on the benefits of mindful practice. I wanted to offer some hints and resources to help you get started. Often that can be the hardest thing and, as I always, I advise breaking the challenge down into sprouts sized steps. These three tips can provide a great starting point for you. In essence, aim to do less than you feel you could do. that way you are setting the bar lower and setting yourself up not just for success but for consistent application. That's how habits are formed.
