Are you hating yourself? Well many of us do spend a lot of time beating up on ourselves, hating ourselves, that inner critic hating on us. Just reflect on this, what a waste of time. How much time, how much of your time, your thinking time, your time where you could be spending something enjoyable and positive is spent hating on yourself?
