Three tips to better sleep

Improving your sleep starts with taking a look at your sleep environment - the bedroom.  Following on from last week’s weekly radish video in which I highlighted the three areas to focus on to improve sleep quality, this week’s video  shares three simple tips that can dramatically improve your sleep environment.  So, in a nutshell, take a bit of time to review your environment.  Consider how relaxing it actually is for you.  What distractions, what clutter and light pollution do you have?  These are the areas that are really worth focusing on.
