I am the king of procrastination. And to overcome it I have learned many different hacks and tactics. But, there's still a tendency to avoid doing the thing that I really don't want but need to do. here's my tip:

It'll be that. When there's times, when you don't know what to do next, when you really just don't know how to get on with a focus on, just stop, and have a think about what is the thing that you least want to do? What is it you really really do not want to do? It'll be that. It'll be that thing there, that you need to do right now. It may be uncomfortable, it may be unpleasant, that's the thing that if you take action on, will have the biggest impact on your sense of stress, your composure, your feeling of achievement, and you'll have got it out the way.
