Nurture that inner radish. I've mentioned in recent Daily Sprouts the importance of taking time for you, of recognising you have that inner radish, not a real one, a metaphorical one and you need to take some time for you and nurture it.
Today I want to remind you the six key areas are,
R, recharge your battery, take care and replenish your energy.
A, appreciate what you do have that's great and acknowledge that there's more going right than wrong.
D, make some date time for you for the things that matter to you.
I, get some inspiration and inject it into your life. Find music, books, poems, passage of a book, a film, a place, a person that inspires you and moves you.
S, sweat, move more, get more active because it has a fantastic ability to improve your psychological and emotional wellbeing. And
H, build in some fun, have some fun and build more happy moments into your day. That's how you nurture your inner radish.
