Posture and Stress Management in one fell swoop

Today's video blog is quite timely considering the recent news on research indicating that, on average, we spend too much sitting and this is having an adverse impact upon our well-being.

In this video I discuss with Michael White of the Posture Team UK  the importance of good posture and regular movement in not only maintaining better physical health, but also in managing negative stress.
