A tip to help you become more mindful in your day to day life. Mindfulness meditation is an effective practice to help you become more present here and now, but you can enhance that practice with practices like the one I outline in this video:

Watch where you're going for a change, will ya? Right, this builds in from one of the previous ones where I asked you to notice what other people are doing in any given day. Just stop and acknowledge that how much of your day is spent walking around, moving around, interacting and you were distracted. It's not about beating ourselves up but it is about just recognising we do fall into those habits, particularly with technology these days and just stop. Spend a day, pulling that thorn, that distraction away, and paying attention to where you're going. To what's around you. And be mindful, practise that mindfulness in your day to day life
