Liane Collins (see show notes below) is a highly experienced therapist working with clients helping them with anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health issues.  She shares her insights into CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Person Centred Therapy and we discuss how to pick the right therapist and also overcome our inhibitions about asking for help.
