Can Therapy help Anxiety and Depression?

Episode 3 of The Weekly Radish Podcast

weekly radish podcast this week anxiety and therapy

In todays blog I share episode 3 of the weekly radish podcast. I explore with an experienced therapist and counsellor, the area of seeking support and what to expect from a counsellor. Liane Collins (see show notes below) is a highly experienced therapist working with clients helping them with anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health issues.  She shares her insights into CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Person Centred Therapy and we discuss how to pick the right therapist and also overcome our inhibitions about asking for help.

Show Notes...
