What Have You said 'No' to Today?

Saying no can be tough for some of us and it can seem to be an almost impossible thing to learn to do with any sense of ease.  But it is a necessary tool in the kit of self-care when it comes to being more resilient and also to remain on track with your own goals and priorities.  Being productive and managing your time effectively comes down to learning to say 'no' to more things, especially those things that do not fall into your priority set.  So, why jot make it a daily habit to find something to say no to?

So what have you said no to today? This is another tip to help you get used and comfortable with saying no. It's not about being awkward or obstructive. But it is about getting the practise in. Be present in your day, and just look for opportunities when you can say no today.
