You have this thing called a body. Now, you may have missed the memo but just take a moment, just stop, stand, just you know, when you feel like you've been working for while and you're stiff, when you do that stretch, stretch as far as you're comfortable, move and just remind yourself that your body is more than just a vehicle for propping your head up to answer emails, for moving you about between meetings and from getting you from A to B.
It is a wonderful gift that if you invest in it will have such a positive impact on your psychological and emotional wellbeing. Exercise it, move it, acknowledge it and flex and appreciate it.
