In this week's show, I explore the question of cynicism in conversations between men and start to explore how we can reclaim our man sprouts - redefine who we are on our own individual terms. I also feature a great interview with Paul McGee, the SUMO Guy, in which we explore 'How not to worry.' Paul is a speaker and author of 10+plus books and I particularly love his books - 'SUMO' and 'How Not to Worry.' So, dive in and enjoy.
