Developing Gravitas - Tips for the introvert

How the introvert can develop more gravitas

episode 9 man sprout podcast developing gravitas and confidence

Welcome to Episode 9 of the Man Sprouts Podcast.  This episode I share an interview with Antoinette Dale-Henderson, author of the book, 'Leading with Gravitas.'  As someone who tends towards the introvert and, in the past had my challenges with shyness and lack of confidence, I have had to learn techniques to help me project myself more confidently.  That's why, when I heard Antoinette speak at our local Professional Speakers Association North East event last year, I asked if she would be willing to share her insights into developing gravitas.

Antoinette has conducted some great research into what make up the key elements of this thing called 'gravitas' and in the interview we explore some elements of her model and pick up some useful tools and tips to develop our own gravitas.
